摘要
随着国内轨道交通的快速发展,大量新型的设计方法被应用在工程设计中。上海轨道交通18号线区间隧道试验段将接触网悬挂在触网支架上,支架再固定在悬挂点上,而悬挂点则采用了预埋套筒。介绍了预埋套筒新型结构的设计方案,并对预埋套筒进行了2个方向疲劳性能的分析和研究;通过检测套筒和螺杆的质量,为预埋套筒在城市轨道交通管线安装中的应用提供了参考。
With the rapid development of domestic rail transit,a large number of new design methods have been applied in engineering design.In the test section of interval tunnel of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18,the catenary is suspended on the support while the support is fixed on an embedded sleeve which is taken as the suspension point.The design scheme of the embedded sleeve is introduced.The fatigue performance of new embedded sleeve is studied in two directions and the quality of sleeve and screw is tested,providing a reference for the application of embedded sleeve in urban rail transit pipeline installation.
