城市轨道交通气体灭火系统压力检测方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 气体灭火系统是城市轨道交通消防安全体系的一个重要组成部分。气体灭火系统的气瓶压力检测是一件非常重要而繁琐的工作,运营维护工作量大,专业性强。对气体系统灭火剂的泄露原因及危害进行了分析,对目前气瓶压力检测方案进行了比较、研究。结合轨道交通气体灭火系统的特点,设置一种新型的气瓶压力检测系统,采用PLC编程控制器、触摸液晶屏技术,能实时监测、显示气瓶的压力,操作简单,界面清晰,可减少维保工作强度,增强系统安全性,提高轨道交通运营的智能化、网络化程度。 Gas fire extinguishing system is an important part of urban rail transit fire protection system.Gas cylinder pressure detection of gas fire extinguishing system is a very important and cumbersome work with heavy operation and maintenance workload and strong professionalism.The causes and hazards of agent leakage of gas fire extinguishing system are analyzed.The current gas cylinder pressure detection schemes are compared and studied.Combined with the characteristics of rail transit gas fire extinguishing system,a new gas cylinder pressure detection system is introduced,which adopts PLC programming controller and LCD touch screen technology and can monitor and display the cylinder pressure in real time,featuring with the advantages of simple operation and clear interface.The new detection system can reduce the maintenance workload,enhance system safety,and improve the intelligence and networking level of rail transit operation.
