Fire Protection Design in Integrated Development of Rail Transit Updated Station and Commercial Building

轨道交通车站与商业的一体化开发,给车站和商业建筑的消防设计带来了很大挑战。介绍了上海轨道交通1号线莲花路站商业广场的设计过程,分析了轨道交通升级改造过程中和建成后车站与商业一体化开发的消防问题,提出了对应的消防设计策略和设计方法,为后续类似升级改造项目提供借鉴和参考。

The integrated development of rail transit stations and commercial buildings has brought great challenges to the fire protection design.The design process of commercial plaza of Lianhua Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 is introduced.Based on the analysis of the fire protection problems in the integrated development of station and commercial building during and after the rail transit station update process,the corresponding fire protection design strategies and design methods are proposed,which provides a reference for the future rail transit upgrading and reconstruction projects.
