摘要
大型污水干管对城市正常运转起着极为重要的作用,但在轨道交通深基坑、盾构和矩形顶管等工程施工影响下存在较大的工程风险。依托上海轨道交通某车站方案研究、现场施工和合流污水干管修复的工程实践,介绍了工程对已建污水干管的保护和修复技术。通过前期有限元、损伤评估等技术分析,研究了深基坑施工对污水干管产生的影响,在此基础上确定修复技术。实测数据验证了前期技术研究和工程方案的合理性和可控性,可确保污水干管安全稳定,从而证明了污水干管修复技术的安全性和可靠性。
Large sewage main plays a very important role in the normal operation of a city.However,construction activities such as the rail transit deep excavation,shield tunneling and rectangular pipe jacking construction would make the adjacent large sewage main in risk.Based upon the rail transit station scheme,site construction and repair of combined sewage main,the protection and repair technology for the sewage main is introduced.Through the finite element analysis and damage assessment,the impact of deep excavation on sewage main is studied and the repair technology is determined.The measured data verify the rationality and controllability of the preliminary technical study and engineering scheme.The safety and stability of the sewage main prove the safety and reliability of the repair technology.
