新疆阿勒泰地区持续推进山水林田湖草沙生态保护修复的对策建议

人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要对生态保护提出了更高的要求,开展生态系统性保护修复是解决生态环境问题的重要途径。阿勒泰地区具有极其重要的生态区位和战略区位,开展生态保护修复意义重大。近年来阿勒泰地区在中央财政资金支持下持续推进山水林田湖草沙生态保护修复,取得了显著成效,但同时也存在生态治理工程项目系统性不够、监管机制不成熟、长效机制有待完善等问题,需要进一步按照山水林田湖草沙“生命共同体”的整体系统观持续推进生态保护修复,完善生态保护修复监管体系和长效机制,协同推进生态保护修复与经济社会发展。
