摘要 近年来,随着计算机断层扫描(CT)成像技术及其他影像技术的发展,对造影剂的要求也越来越高。开发提高成像能力和检测准确性,融合多种成像技术的新型造影剂已成为当前的研究热点之一。本文综述了近年靶向和多模态CT造影剂在肿瘤诊断中的研究进展。 With the development of CT imaging technology and other imaging technologies in recent years, the requirements for clinical auxiliary reagent contrast agent are increasingly high. The development of new contrast agents which can improve imaging capability and detection accuracy and fuse various imaging technologies has become one of the current research hotspots. This paper reviews the research progress of targeted and multimodal CT contrast agents in tumor diagnosis.
