多层次美容缝合预防剖宫产后瘢痕增生的临床应用研究

Study on the clinical application of multi-level cosmetic suture in preventing scar hyperplasia after cesarean section

目的分析多层次美容缝合预防剖宫产后瘢痕增生的临床应用效果。方法采用双盲法将江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2018年5月—2020年9月收治的400例行剖宫产产妇分为对照组和试验组,对照组(n=200)采用常规缝合,试验组(n=35)采用多层次美容缝合,对比2组切口愈合情况、线结反应、脂肪液化发生率、切口愈合瘢痕情况、局部皮肤症状发生率。结果试验组切口愈合率较对照组高,线结反应与脂肪液化发生率低,瘢痕宽度、瘢痕最薄厚度小,局部皮肤症状发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇采用多层次美容缝合可提高切口愈合质量,预防瘢痕增生、脂肪液化、线结反应及其他局部皮肤症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of multi-level cosmetic suture in preventing scar hyperplasia after cesarean section.Methods Using double-blind method,400 parturients undergoing cesarean section admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from May 2018 to September 2020 were divided into control group and experimental group,and the control group(n=200)used routine Suture,the experimental group(n=35)used multi-level cosmetic suture to compare the incision healing,suture reaction,fat liquefaction incidence,incision healing scar,and local skin symptom incidence between the two groups.Results The incision healing rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of knot reaction and fat liquefaction was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).The scar width and the thinnest scar thickness in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of local skin symptoms in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of multi-level cosmetic sutures for cesarean section women can improve the quality of incision healing,prevent scar hyperplasia,fat liquefaction,suture reaction and other local skin symptoms.It is worthy of promotion.
