摘要
使用稀土对高速钢进行孕育处理可改变高速钢碳化物形貌和提高高速钢热塑性。通过20 t MIF+25 t LF+25 t VD+4 t ESR工艺试验和批量生产结果表明,采用VD过程在钢中Al 0.12%时加0.1%镧铈混合稀土合金及ESR过程用6%REO_(2)渣系,M42钢RE含量稳定在0.027%~0.038%,夹杂物形貌和钢的热塑性都得到明显改善。
The morphology of carbides and the thermoplasticity of high speed steel can be improved by inoculating with rare earth.Test and batch production results show that by 20 t MIF+25 t LF+25 t VD+4 t ESR process,as Al 0.12%in steel in VD process adding 0.1%lanthannm-cerium mixed RE alloy and using 6%REO_(2)slag series in ESR process,the RE content in M42 steel is 0.027%~0.038%stably to obviously improve inclusions morphology and hot plastisity of steel.
