摘要
随着我国现代化建设的发展,城市居民长距离的公共交通已逐步进入地铁轻轨和大公交的时代。自行车具有绿色环保,节约能源,快捷等优点,其一直是国人首选的短途交通工具。为解决城市自行车停放问题,规范自行车停放秩序,提升城市形象,通过对现有的自行车停放装置从构造、工作原理和空间利用率等方面进行分析,设计研究了一种新型全自动通用型立式自行车停放装置。根据自行车停取车过程操作快捷、省时省力,装置结构简单、成本低、智能化和安全防盗的原则,设计了停车装置总体方案,分析了装置停取车过程工作原理,并对装置主体结构、二级装置和控制系统进行了设计。提出了利用推杆实现夹车装置对自行车前轮的夹持,依靠丝杠螺母使夹车装置沿导轨上下移动,使用同步带辅助后轮在取车过程中的退出,采用“卷筒-钢丝绳”与压力传感器相结合的方式实现报警装置对前轮的夹紧和放松以及防盗报警。该装置结构简单、占地面积小、停取车智能高效,将有效解决自行车停车空间占用率高、自动化程度低和防盗性能差等问题,对全自动自行车停车装置的推广和解决城市自行车停车困难、不规范和提高城市形象具有一定的促进作用。
With the development of China’s modernization,the long-distance public transportation of urban residents has gradu⁃ally entered the years of subway,light rail,and super bus.Bicycle always is the favorite transportation as its advantages of envi⁃ronment protection,energy-saving,efficiencies and so on.In order to solve the problem of bicycle parking in the city,standardize the order of bicycle parking and improve the image of the city,an automatic general upright parking device for bicycle is designed and studied by studying on the structure,working principle and space utilization rate of the existing bicycle parking device.Ac⁃cording to the principles of operating simply,time and labor saving,simple structure,low cost,intelligent and safe,the overall scheme of the parking device is designed.And the working principle of the parking device is analyzed.Besides,the main structure,secondary devices and control system are designed.The push rod is used to clamp the front wheel of the bicycle,and the screw nut is applied to make the clamping device move up and down along the guide rail.The synchronous belt is used to assist the rear wheel to back away in the process of parking up.And the combination of"drum-wire rope"and pressure sensor is used to realize the clamping and loosening of the front wheel,and the security.The device has the advantages of simple structure,small area coving,intelligent and efficient parking and picking up.It will solve the problems of high occupancy rate of bicycle parking space,low automation,and poor security.It has an important role in promoting the promotion of automatic parking device for bi⁃cycle and solving the difficulties and irregularities of urban bicycle parking,and improving the image of the city.
