新型翻转机定位约束模型与大封头翻转工艺 被引量:1

摘要 集90°、180°翻转于一体的新型双功能超大重载翻转机,可解决核岛设备大(超大)型锻件加工生产过程中位姿变换这一重大技术难题。针对外形复杂的核电封头,尤其是超出翻转机台面工作空间、采用常规工艺无法翻转的超空间封头,提出了在翻转机台面工作空间内定位的可变几何硬约束模型,实现了小空间内定位约束超大封头;建立了封头定位的多参数关系的数学模型,推导出关键工艺参数计算的解析函数,得到核电封头的定位工艺参数s、t和β的数据列表;结合设备特征,制定了核电常规封头与超空间封头的多工况翻转新工艺。此工艺已用于核岛设备制造工程实践,在发挥设备潜力、提高生产效率和核电生产安全等层面发挥重要作用。 The new dual-function super-large heavy-duty upender,which integrates 90 degree and 180 degree flip,can solve the major technical problem of pose transformation in the production process of large(super large)forgings in the nuclear island equipment.For the complex nuclear power heads,especially the especial heads that beyond workspace of the upender and can not be flipped by the conventional process,a variable geometric hard constraint model for positioning in the workspace of the upender was proposed,which realizes positioning constraint super big heads in the small space.The mathematical model of the multi-pa⁃rameter relationship of the heads positioning was established,and the analytical function of the key process parameter calcula⁃tion was derived,and the data list of the positioning process parameters s,t andβof the nuclear power heads was obtained.Com⁃bined with the characteristics of the equipment,the new multi-case flipping process for the nuclear power ordinary heads and the especial heads was developed.This process has been used in engineering practice of the nuclear island equipment manufacturing and plays an important role in developing equipment potential,improving production efficiency and safety of nuclear power pro⁃duction.
