涂层电极自动涂覆系统设计及涂覆均匀性研究

摘要 为解决涂层电极生产过程中涂刷质量不稳定、自动化程度低、工人工作环境恶劣等问题,设计开发了一种钛基涂层电极自动涂覆系统。该系统分为涂覆样机和控制系统两部分,涂覆样机主要由升降托架、毛刷空间运动机构、夹持翻转机构、注液模块、废气回收装置以及机架六部分组成,通过基于PLC的控制系统实现电极的自动涂覆。试运行后,使用FLUENT软件对毛刷内流场情况进行了分析,研究了溶液注入量、通液管形状尺寸等参数对毛刷润湿情况的影响,解决了因毛刷润湿不均而造成的涂层质量差的问题,为工厂实际生产提供了参考。 In order to solve the problems of unstable coating quality,low degree of automation and poor working environment of workers during the production process of the coating electrode,a titanium-based coating electrode automatic coating system is de⁃veloped.The system is divided into two parts:a coating machine and a control system.The coating prototype is mainly composed of lifting bracket,brush space motion mechanism,clamping flip mechanism,fluid injection module,exhaust gas recovery device and rack.And the automatic coating of the electrodes is realized by the control system based on the PLC.After the trial operation,the flow field in the brush is analyzed by FLUENT software,the effect of the parameters on the wetting of the brush is studied by us⁃ing the FLUENT software,the problem of the poor coating quality caused by the uneven wetting of the brush is solved,and the ref⁃erence for the actual production of the factory is provided.The system can finish established coating task.
