四肢格构式柱金属结构拓扑优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 四肢格构式柱金属结构在工程中的使用比较广泛,为了解决格构式柱在工程中遇到的初始结构应力分布的问题,提高四肢格构式柱结构的科学性和理论性,结合目前现有的拓扑优化设计方法在工程结构中的应用,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对格构式柱进行拓扑优化,得出合理的格构式柱的拓扑结构。运用有限元软件校核拓扑优化后的格构式柱金属结构的应力及变形量,并且与工程上现有结构进行对比分析,得出拓扑优化后的金属结构的应力分布比较均匀,稳定性相对较好,质量相比优化前有所减轻,实现了工程应用中的轻量化设计。 The four-limb lattice column metal structure is widely used in engineering.In order to solve the problem of the initial structural stress distribution encountered by the lattice column in engineering,the scientific and theoretical structure of the four limb lattice structure column structure is improved.The existing topology optimization design method is applied in the engineering structure.The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to optimize the topology of the lattice column,and the topology of the lattice column is reasonable.The finite element software is used to check the stress and deformation of the lattice-type column metal structure after topology optimization,and compared with the existing structure in the engineering,it is concluded that the stress distribution of the metal structure after topology optimization is relatively uniform and the stability is relatively good,the quality is reduced compared to before optimization,and the lightweight design in engineering applications is realized.
