摘要 针对航空液压零件二维工艺设计中存在的工艺数据表达不直观、工艺数据传递效率差等问题,研究了航空液压零件全三维工艺设计系统。通过分析航空液压零件研制的业务流程,构建了航空液压零件全三维工艺设计系统框架及工艺设计流程,并研究了三维工序模型构建、特征驱动的数控加工编程、基于三维工序模型的检测编程及三维工艺执行过程可视化等关键技术,在此基础上开发了航空液压零件全三维工艺设计系统,最后以某航空液压活塞零件为例,验证了系统的有效性和可行性。 According to the problem of unintuitive expression and inefficiency transmission of process data of two-dimensional process design method for aero-hydraulic parts,a complete three-dimensional process designing system is studied.By analyzing the business process of aero-hydraulic parts development,a framework and flow of complete three-dimensional process design sys⁃tem for aero-hydraulic parts is proposed,and then,the key technology including three-dimensional process model design,nu⁃merical control programming driven by feature,detection programming based on three-dimensional process model and visualiza⁃tion of three-dimensional process implementation is studied.Finally,a complete three-dimensional process design system for aero-hydraulic parts is developed,and an aero-piston is used to illustrate the validity of the system.
