学科会聚对高校跨文化交际的学科结构和团队建设的研究

摘要 跨文化交际在我国已经发展了40多年,在这期间,国内学者开展了大量的跨文化交际研究,丰富了跨文化交际学者的理论知识和学术视野,但跨文化交际研究的学科领域仍需要拓宽、学术研究水平仍有待提升。该文引用会聚观,试图拓宽跨文化交际的多学科发展理念,探索跨文化交际学科资源会聚的趋势,构建高校跨文化交际学科会聚的结构以及跨文化交际学科会聚的团队建设,以期为我国高校跨文化交际学者在学科会聚过程中汲取学科资源的灵感,为产出更多、更高水平的跨文化交际成果提供一定的参考价值。 Intercultural communication has been developing in China for more than 40 years.Domestic scholars have carried out a large amount of research on intercultural communication,which has enriched the theoretical knowledge and academic vision of intercultural communication scholars.However,the discipline area of intercultural communication research needs to be broadened and the level of academic research needs to be improved.The concept of convergence is used to try to broaden the concept of multidisciplinary development of intercultural communication,explore the trend of discipline resource convergence of intercultural communication,construct the structure of the discipline convergence of intercultural communication in colleges and universities,and build the team of discipline convergence of intercultural communication.It is hoped to provide certain reference value for the intercultural communication scholars in China’s colleges and universities to absorb the inspiration of disciplinary resources in the process of discipline convergence,and to produce more and high-level achievements of intercultural communication.
