高校产教融合应用型人才培养现状及创新探索

The Status Quo and Innovative Exploration of the Training of Applied Talents for the Integration of Production and Education in Colleges and Universities

伴随着我国经济的持续发展以及产业结构的优化调整,社会对于应用型人才的需求不断增加。产教融合应用型人才培养模式不仅是高校提升人才培养质量的重要途径,也是推进高校教育改革的主要动力。为此,该文将分析产教融合应用型人才培养的重要性,并基于当前高校产教融合应用型人才培养存在的不足,提出相应的完善措施。

With the continuous development of economy and the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure in China,the social demand for applied talents continues to increase.The applied talent training model of the integration of production and education is not only an important way for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training,but also the main driving force for promoting college education reform.To this end,this paper will analyze the importance of the training of applied talents for the integration of production and education,and propose corresponding improvement measures based on the current shortcomings in the training of applied talents for the integration of production and education in colleges and universities.
