技术赋能教育背景下的教师角色定位

The Role Orientation of Teachers in the Context of Technology Enabled Education

在现代技术赋能教育的背景下,传统教师功能逐渐弱化,教师角色定位面临挑战。但人工智能不可能完全替代人类教师,教师应在与学生的双向互动中充分发挥人的优势,担任学生发展的项目管理员、学生言行的人生导师、学生审美创新能力的发掘人和学生社会能力的培养人。当前,教师应主动应对人工智能时代机器给教师角色带来的挑战,以彰显教师的职业价值。

Under the background of modern technology enabled education,the function of traditional teachers is gradually weakened,and the orientation of teachers’role is facing challenges.However,artificial intelligence can not completely replace human teachers.Teachers should give full play to human advantages in the two-way interaction with students,serve as project managers for student development,guides students’words and deeds,excavates students’aesthetic innovation ability and cultivates students’social ability.They should also actively respond to the challenge of machines to the role of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,so as to highlight the professional value of teachers.
