新工科背景下油藏工程课程的思政建设探讨

Discussion on Ideological and Political Construction of Reservoir Engineering Course under the Concept of“Emerging Engineering Education”

新工科建设背景下的石油工程专业培养目标为:结合国际油气资源开发新形势,围绕国家能源战略发展需要,以立德树人为核心,为石油工业高效安全发展培养应用研究型工程类创新人才。其要求人才培养须坚持“理性价值”与“价值引导”同向同行,除掌握专业知识技能外,还须具备全球视野、人文精神与创新能力等素养,即工程教育人才培养应平衡“应用”和“育人”两个重要育人职能。为此,文章以“大思政”课程观为指导,将思政元素融入石油工程课程改革,以中国石油大学(北京)油藏工程的课程现状与特色为蓝本,通过完善油藏工程课程目标设计、优化教学大纲内容、引入思政研讨环节、增选思政特色教材、采用“反转课堂”等一系列的教学改革方法,对新工科建设背景下的石油高等院校油藏工程课程的思政建设模式进行思考与探讨,拟为深化工程教育改革及课程思政建设提供理论参考。

Under the background of“new engineering”construction,the education and training goal of petroleum engineering in Chinese colleges and universities is to enable education to integrate the new situation of international oil and gas resource development,and to focus on the country’s energy strategy development needs,with“morality education”as education core.Furthermore,it can cultivate applied research-oriented engineering innovative talents for the efficient and safe development of our country’s petroleum industry.Therefore,it requires that our talent training needs“rational value”and“value guidance”to go in the same direction.In addition to allowing students to master professional knowledge and skills,they also need to have a global perspective,humanistic spirit,and innovative ability.That is,our talent training of engineering education should balance the two important education functions of“application”and“education”.Therefore,guided by the“big ideological and political”curriculum view,the ideological and political elements will be integrated into the petroleum engineering curriculum reform.Based on the current status and characteristics of the Reservoir Engineering course of China University of Petroleum(Beijing),through improving the design of Reservoir Engineering course objectives,optimizing the content of the syllabus,introducing ideological and political seminars,adding ideological and political characteristic textbooks,and adopting“reverse classrooms”,and other teaching reform method to think and discuss the ideological and political construction mode of the Reservoir Engineering course in petroleum colleges and universities under the background of new engineering construction.The research intends to provide theoretical reference for deepening the reform of engineering education and the ideological and political construction of other courses.
