摘要
生理学是医学、检验、影像等专业的一门基础课,在专业知识的学习中承担着承上启下的关键作用。然而,生理学知识的更新日新月异,学生的自主学习能力却相对滞后,学习的“困惑”与“盲点”增加,这就要求教师改革教学方法、树立新的教学理念,引导学生高效地学习。我们在教学过程中逐步积累摸索了一套行之有效的生理学教学方法:“思—教—研—用”一体化的模式,即以临床病例为切入点,在传授专业知识的同时,注重理论知识的来龙去脉、前沿进展,并注重弘扬医德精神、树立家国情怀。通过这一教学模式的实施,不仅明显提高了学生的学业成绩,更为重要的是提升了学生的分析解决问题的能力和人文素养,落实了立德树人的根本任务。
Physiology is a basic course in medicine,medical laboratory science,medical imaging,and it plays a key role in the learning of professional knowledge.However,with the renewal of physiology knowledge,students’self-learning ability is relatively lagging,and the“confusion”and“blind spots”in learning increase.It requires teachers to innovate teaching methods,establish new teaching concepts,and guide students to learn efficiently.In the teaching,we have gradually accumulated and explored a set of effective methods for Physiology teaching:the integrated model of“thinking-teaching-research-application”.That is,taking clinical cases as the entry point,while imparting professional knowledge,it is necessary to pay attention to the origin and frontier progress of theoretical knowledge,strengthen the promotion of medical ethics,and establish family and country feelings.Through the implementation of this teaching model,not only the academic performance of the students has been significantly improved,but more importantly,the students’ability to analyze and solve problems has been cultivated,the humanistic quality has been improved,and the fundamental task of morality education have been practiced.
