中高职城市轨道交通运营专业增强职业教育适应性的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures to Strengthen the Adaptation of the Urban Rail Transit Operation Major to Vocational Education in Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges

增强职业教育适应性是当前职业教育改革的方向,也是职业院校提高教育质量的生存发展之道。增强职业教育适应性,首先要厘清“1+X”证书制度和教育适应性的内在关系,在课程思政理念的指引下,以2021新专业目录为指导,借助校企合作产教融合平台,深入开展专业课证融通的教学改革,以职业教育五对接为目标,切实提升学生的知识、技能和思政素养,为企业培养合格的应用型人才。

Enhancing the adaptation to vocational education is the direction of current vocational education reform,and it is also the way of survival and development for vocational colleges to improve the quality of education.To enhance the adaptation to vocational education,we must first clarify the internal relationship between the“1+X”certificate system and educational adaptation.Under the guidance of the concept of course-based ideological and political education,as well as the 2021 new catalog of majors,with the help of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration platforms,we must intensively carry out the course-certificate integration teaching reform of majors,and with the goal of five-point connections of vocational education,effectively improve students’literacy in knowledge,skills,and ideological and political quality,and cultivate qualified application-oriented talents for enterprises.
