The Influence of College Students’Sense of Shame on Attention

目的:探讨大学生羞耻感对注意的影响,以及考察不同性别大学生群体的结果差异。方法:采用故事情境法诱发羞耻情绪和中性情绪,考察不同性别被试在不同情绪下的注意集中程度。结果:①注意任务的正确率在羞耻组和控制组中存在显著差异,羞耻组在注意任务中的正确率显著高于控制组。②在羞耻情绪被诱发的情况下,注意任务的正确率在性别变量中存在显著差异,男生的正确率显著低于女生的正确率。结论:结果表明,当个体处于羞耻情境下,注意力更集中,同时女性个体的注意效果更好。

Purpose:To explore the influence of college students’sense of shame on attention,and to investigate the differences in results among college students of different genders.Methods:To use the story-situation method to induce shame and neutral emotions to investigate the concentration of attention of college students of different genders under different emotions.Results:①The correct rates of attention tasks are significantly different between the shame group and the control group,and the correct rate of the attention task of the shame group is significantly higher than that of the control group.②Under the situation when the sense of shame is induced,there is a significant difference in the correct rate of attention tasks in the gender variable,and the correct rate of males is significantly lower than that of females.Conclusion:The results show that when the individual is in a shame situation,the attention is more concentrated,and the female individual’s attention is better.
