摘要
以山西某铜矿为例,矿石组成为辉铜矿与硫铁矿伴生,传统是使用黄药浮选方法分选。为了探索新的分选方法,采用电化学方法对其进行分选,利用Tafel曲线对其进行电化学分析,了解在分选过程中铜矿粉在分选过程中的晶体结构变化。结合单一变量影响实验的结果,得到分选中的最优温度、pH值,再使用恒电位测试的方法,探明反应电化学分选铜矿的反应机理,为以后的生产提供第一手资料。
One copper mine in Shanxi Province is used as an example,where chalcocite and associated minerals of pyrite are main components and can't be separated by traditional xanthate flotation method.Therefore,electrochemical separation is adopted,and the Tafel curve is used to analyze the change in crystal structure of copper powder during separation.The optimum temperature and pH value for separation are obtained from tests with a single variable,and the potentiostatic test is used to find out the reaction mechanism of electrochemical separation for copper mine,so as to provide the first-hand information for production in the future.
