摘要
目的探讨目标设定认知宣教对宫颈癌放疗患者疾病认知程度及自护能力的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月丽水市中心医院诊治的170例宫颈癌放疗患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=85)和观察组(n=85)。对照组采取常规放疗护理,观察组在此基础上联合目标设定认知宣教。比较两组疾病认知程度、自护能力。结果护理5周,观察组宫颈癌基本知识、不良生活习惯危害性认知、放疗知识和并发症预防知识调查得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理5周,观察组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论目标设定认知宣教有利于加深宫颈癌放疗患者疾病认知程度,提升其自护能力。
Objective To explore the effects of goal-setting cognitive education on disease cognition and self-care ability of patients undergoing cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 170 patients with cervical cancer ra-diotherapy treated in Lishui Central Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into con-trol group(n=85)and observation group(n=85)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional radiotherapy nursing,while the observation group combined with goal setting cognitive educa-tion.The cognitive degree of disease and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After 5 weeks of nursing,scores about the basic knowledge of cervical cancer,perniciousness cognition to unhealthy living habits,knowledge of radiotherapy and complication prevention in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Goal-setting cognitive education is beneficial to deepen disease cognition of patients undergoing cervical cancer radiotherapy,enhance their self-care ability.
