Zhang Chunhe′s experience in differentiation and treatment of chronic prostatitis in middle-aged and young people

慢性前列腺炎(CP)是中青年男性常见病、疑难病。张春和教授临床诊治中青年CP经验颇丰且疗效满意。笔者从明辨病位、从肝论治,细审病因、随证治之,顾护脾胃、防患未然,衷中参西、宏微结合,疏导心理、指导预防等5个方面介绍了张春和教授对中青年CP的病位病机的认识及诊治思路,并附典型医案一则。

Chronic prostatitis(CP)is a common and stubborn disease in young and middle-aged men.Pro-fessor Zhang Chunhe has rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of young and middle-aged CP with satis-factory curative effect.The author discusses professor Zhang Chunhe′s analysis on the pathogenesis and treatment of CP in middle-aged and young people from the following five aspects:distinguishing the disease location,treating from the liver,examining the etiology,treating according to the syndrome,caring for the spleen and stomach,preventing the disease from happening,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,combining macro and micro,counseling the psychology and guiding the prevention,and introduces a typical case.
