十六味流气饮在气滞型前列腺增生治疗中的运用

十六味流气饮作为外科名方,最早见于《仙传外科秘方》。该方通过调动周身气机流动起来,达到行气散结的功效。目前临床上治疗前列腺增生多以通为用,以补肾益气、活血利尿为原则来遣方用药,而忽略从肝论治的重要性。肝失疏泄,气机阻滞而导致排尿困难,甚至尿潴留;肝失疏泄,气化失调而出现尿频,甚则尿失禁等症。因此通过探讨十六味流气饮的“行气”之妙用,将该方应用于临床气滞型前列腺增生治疗中,以扩充其治疗方案。

Sixteen Liuqi,as a famous surgical prescription,was first published in Secret Surgical Recipe of Xian Zhuan.Through the mobilization of Qi in the whole body and let it flow up,it achieves the effect of Qi disper-sing.At present,prostatic hyperplasia is mainly treated with tonifying kidney and Qi,activating blood and diuresis,while ignoring the importance of treating from the liver.Liver loss and drainage and Qi stagnation may lead to dysu-ria and even urinary retention.Qi imbalance may lead to occurrence of frequent urination,even urinary incontinence and other diseases.Therefore,this prescription is applied to the clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with Qi stagnation to expand its treatment scheme by exploring the formulation principle of Sixteen Liuqi.
