艾滋病患者治疗期间的心理韧性情况及其影响因素分析

Psychological resilience of AIDS patients during treatment and its influencing factors

目的探讨艾滋病患者治疗期间心理韧性情况及其影响因素。方法选取2018年8月至2020年7月无锡市第五人民医院诊治的102例艾滋病患者作为研究对象。采用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评价患者心理韧性水平,对心理韧性的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果102例患者CD-RISC总分为(51.89±9.65)分,各维度评分从高至低依次为坚韧性、力量性、乐观性。单因素分析可见,患者不同性别、年龄、疾病分期、未来信念、医护服务的心理韧性评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析可见,疾病分期、未来信念、医护服务及社会支持水平是艾滋病患者心理韧性的独立影响因素。结论艾滋病患者治疗期间心理韧性水平较差,疾病分期、未来信念、医护服务及社会支持水平是影响心理韧性水平的独立因素,临床应积极采取有效措施增强患者心理韧性。

Objective To explore the psychological resilience of AIDS patients during treatment and its in-fluencing factors.Methods 102 AIDS patients treated in Wuxi Fifth People′s Hospital from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The CD-RISC was used to evaluate the psychological resilience level of pa-tients,and the influencing factors were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.Results The total score of CD-RISC in 102 patients was(51.89±9.65),and the scores of various dimensions from high to low were te-nacity,strength and optimism.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in psy-chological resilience scores of patients with different gender,age,disease stage,future belief and medical service(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that disease stage,future belief,medical care and social support level were the independent factors influencing the psychological resilience of AIDS patients.Conclusions The level of psycho-logical resilience of AIDS patients is poor during treatment.The stage of disease,future beliefs,medical care and so-cial support are independent factors affecting the level of psychological resilience.Effective clinical measures should be taken to enhance the psychological resilience of patients.
