临床医护人员对性少数就诊者歧视现状及影响因素的研究进展

Status quo of discrimination against sexual minorities among clinical medical staff and its influencing factors

性少数人群健康已成为世界性公共卫生问题,由于性教育相对落后和传统生育观念等因素,医护人员对其存在歧视,使性少数就诊者在接受诊疗时,不仅要面临疾病不适症状的困扰,还要承受着来自医疗环境中的不当压力或影响,易加重其健康问题。本研究主要就临床医护人员对性少数就诊者歧视现状、歧视产生的不良后果及影响因素进行综述,旨在为降低医护人员对性少数就诊者歧视、改善性少数群体健康以及艾滋病防治方面提供参考。

Health of has become a worldwide public health problem,due to factors such as sex education is relatively backward and traditional family concept,paramedics discrimination,sex a few patients in diagnosis and treatment,not only face the disease symptoms,but also suffer from improper pressure or influence in the healthcare environment,easy to compound the health problems.This article mainly reviews the status quo,adverse conse-quences and influencing factors of discrimination against sexual minorities by clinical medical staff,aiming to pro-vide reference for reducing discrimination against sexual minorities by medical staff,improving the health of sexual minorities and AIDS prevention and treatment.
