摘要
哈贝马斯关于对话伦理学的自我批判和反思在他的理论发展历程中发挥着决定性作用。从20世纪80年代中期起,哈贝马斯在面对学界关于对话伦理学是一种形式主义的指责之时,开始认真思考如何吸收黑格尔关于康德伦理学批判中的合理成分来解决从规范证成到规范应用所产生的“落差”问题,从而导致他最终转向法哲学领域去阐明交往行动如何能达成社会整合的规范性基础。总之,思考黑格尔关于康德伦理学的批判是否适用于对话伦理学,是我们理解和评价哈贝马斯交往行动理论的关键线索。
Habermas’s self-criticism and reflection on discourse ethics play a decisive role in the development of his theory.Since the mid-1980s,when Habermas faced with the criticism that discourse ethics is a kind of formalism theory,he began to think seriously about how to absorb the reasonable elements in Hegel’s criticism of Kant’s ethics so as to fill the gap between normative justification and normative application.He finally turned to the field of legal philosophy to clarify how communicative action could become the normative basis of social integration.In short,discussing whether Hegel’s criticism of Kantian ethics is applicable to dialogue ethics is the key clue to understand and evaluate Habermas’theory of communicative action.
