摘要
某锰矿缓倾斜薄矿体采用房柱法开采,井下矿柱资源量约40万t,亟需安全高效的矿柱回收方法进行资源回收。针对矿山现状,提出人工条柱支撑方案、液压支柱—全部放顶方案和液压支柱—部分放顶方案。对人工条柱的稳定性进行验算,并对3个方案的技术经济指标进行对比。最后,推荐矿山采用液压支柱—部分放顶方案进行矿柱资源回收。
A slightly inclined thin ore body of a manganese mine was mined by the room and pillar method,and the underground pillar resources were about 400,000 tons.A safe and efficient pillar recovery method is urgently needed to recover the resources.Aiming at the current situation of the mine,artificial col⁃umn support schemes,hydraulic props-full caving schemes and hydraulic props-partial caving schemes are proposed.Check the stability of the artificial bar and compare the technical and economic indicators of the three schemes.Finally,it is recommended that the mine adopt a hydraulic prop-partial caving scheme for pillar resource recovery.
