摘要
乳化炸药生产结束后,原材料运输管道会有部分尾料残留,一定时间后会产生结晶、固化黏结等现象,造成管道堵塞,影响正常生产活动。为了减少生产启动与结束的清扫工作,实现连续自动化生产,在原有乳化炸药DCS生产系统基础上,结合现有生产工艺特点,设计并应用了尾料自清洁系统。通过对若干组水相与油相2种管道清洁介质使用效果的比对测试,确定了最佳介质或组合方式;通过对系统环保与节能的优化设计,增加了季节模式,对尾料富集处理,实现尾料的二次利用与无害化处理,杜绝了环境污染。结果显示:水相清洁介质效果最好为95℃以上热水,尾料利用率100%;油相清洁介质最好为压缩空气配合少量机油润滑冲洗,尾料无害化处理率100%,系统运行效果良好。
After the production of emulsion explosives is finished,some tailings will remain in the raw material transportation pipeline,which will cause crystallization,solidification and bonding after a cer⁃tain period of time,causing blockage of the pipeline and affecting normal production activities.In order to reduce the cleaning work at the start and end of production and realize continuous automatic production,on the basis of the original emulsion explosive DCS production system,combined with the characteristics of the existing production process,a tailing self-cleaning system was designed and applied.Through the com⁃parison test of the use effect of several groups of water phase and oil phase two kinds of pipeline cleaning media,the best media or combination method is determined.By optimizing the design of environmental pro⁃tection and energy saving of the system,the seasonal mode is added,the tailings are enriched and treated,and the tailings are reused and harmlessly treated,and environmental pollution is eliminated.The results show that the best effect of the water-phase cleaning medium is hot water above 95℃,and the tailing utili⁃zation rate is 100%.The oil phase cleaning medium is preferably compressed air with a small amount of en⁃gine oil for lubrication and flushing.The tailings are treated with a harmless treatment rate of 100%,and the system runs well.
