高校图书馆编制“十四五”规划的探讨

“十四五”规划是高校图书馆发展的战略需要,各高校图书馆以制订“十四五”规划为契机,思考和谋划图书馆的长远建设和未来发展。文章主要围绕规划制定的一个目标、两条主线、三W思维、四步战略、五性原则等进行探讨,以期为高校图书馆“十四五”规划编制提供参考。

The 14th Five-year Plan is the strategic need for the development of university libraries.All university libraries plan to make the 14th Five-year Plan as an opportunity to plan the long-term construction and future development.This paper mainly discusses one goal,two main lines,threew thinking,four step strategy,five principles,etc.,in order to provide reference for the compilation of the 14th Five-year Plan for university library.
