摘要
将桐油羟基化改性后得到含有两个羟基的羟基化桐油,然后将羟基化桐油引入到水性聚氨酯软段结构中,合成了软段中含羟基化桐油的水性聚氨酯,实现了水性聚氨酯的可控合成.通过红外光谱对所得产物结构进行了表征,同时研究了各种因素对合成的水性聚氨酯乳液的影响.结果表明:当预聚体R值在1~2.5之间时,合成的水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性较好.反应温度对合成的水性聚氨酯乳液影响不大.当羟基化桐油质量分数小于21%时,合成的水性聚氨酯乳液的储存稳定性较好.当DMPA质量分数在4%~8%之间时,合成的水性聚氨酯乳液的吸水率和储存稳定性均较好.
In this paper,the hydroxylated tung oi(l HTO)was prepared by using ester aminolysis,features two primary hydroxyl groups and a long branched hydrocarbon chain containing three conjugated double bonds.It was introduced into the soft segment structure of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)to realize the controllable synthesis of waterborne polyurethane.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR.The effects of different factors on the waterborne polyurethane emulsion were studied.When the R value of the prepolymer was during 1-2.5,the emulsion was stable.Temperature had little effect on the storage stability of HTO.When the HTO content was less than 21%,the storage stability of WPU was better.When the DMPA content was during 4%-8%,WPU had better water absorption and storage stability.
