重金属胁迫下商麦5226的富集特征 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究商洛地区小麦在生产过程中对重金属的富集规律,采用模拟重金属污染环境,水培养商麦5226,研究商洛地区小麦对重金属Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的积累和转运特征.结果表明,在不同浓度重金属混合液胁迫下商麦5226的生长以及富集能力均呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05),随着混合液重金属浓度的增加,商麦5226幼苗的苗高和根长均升高,当培养液浓度增加到中浓度重金属溶液时,商麦5226幼苗生长得最健壮,根又壮又长,再增加重金属混合液浓度时,商麦5226幼苗生长严重受到胁迫.不同浓度混合液培养的商麦5226幼苗中Zn含量均显著高于Fe、Cu、Mn(P<0.05),商麦5226幼苗中Zn生物富集系数也均显著高于Fe、Cu、Mn(P<0.05),尤其高浓度混合液培养的商麦5226幼苗中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的生物转运系数均大于1,且Cu>Fe>Zn>Mn,说明Cu在商麦5226幼苗中的转运能力较强. In order to study the enrichment of heavy metals during wheat production process in Shangluo area,heavy metal pollution environment was simulated,and the accumulation and transport characteristics of Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn in Shangmai 5226 cultured with water were studied.The results showed that the growth and enrichment capacity of Shangmai 5226 were significantly different under the stress of different concentrations heavy metal mixture(P<0.05).The concentration of the heavy metals mixture was increased,the seedlings height and root length of Shangmai 5226 were also increased.When the concentration of culture medium was increased to be medium concentration of heavy metals solution,the seedlings of Shangmai 5226 grew the most robust,with strong and long roots.When the concentration of heavy metals mixture was increased sequentially,the seedlings growth of Shangmai 5226 were seriously stressed.Zn content in Shangmai 5226 seedlings cultured in different concentrations of mixed solution was significantly higher than that of Fe,Cu and Mn(P<0.05).The biological enrichment coefficient of Zn in Shangmai 5226 seedlings were also significantly higher than that of Fe,Cu and Mn(P<0.05).Especially,the biological transport coefficients of Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn in Shangmai 5226 seedlings cultured in high concentration mixed solution were all greater than 1,and Cu>Fe>Zn>Mn.The results indicated that Cu was a strong transporter in Shangmai 5226 seedlings.
