摘要 在船舱等封闭或相对封闭的环境中,普通工业齿轮油散发的恶臭会令人难以忍受,同时对人体也存在着潜在的致癌风险,因此研制低气味工业齿轮油具有十分重要的现实意义。硫化异丁烯具有优良的抗磨极压性能,是普通工业齿轮油产生恶臭的主要因素,若去除硫化异丁烯将会对齿轮油的抗磨极压性能产生严重的负面影响。用2.0%的胶体硼酸盐和0.2%的氨基甲酸钼复合替代硫化异丁烯,解决了齿轮油的抗磨极压问题和气味问题。研制的合成低气味工业齿轮油的烧结负荷达到了3087 N,磨斑直径为0.33 mm,CL-100齿轮试验为12级。与普通工业齿轮油相比,低气味齿轮油的气味降低了2.34等级,达到了研制目的,提高了齿轮油在船舱等封闭或相对封闭环境中的使用性能。 In the closed or relatively closed environment such as cabin,the odor emitted by ordinary industrial gear oils would be unbearable,and there was also a potential cancer risk to human body.Therefore,it had very important practical significance to developing low odor industrial gear oil.Sulfurized isobutylene had excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure performance,which was the main factor causing odor of ordinary industrial gear oils.If sulfurized isobutylene was removed,it would have a serious negative impact on the anti-wear and extreme pressure performance of gear oils.Sulfurized isobutylene was replaced by 2.0%colloidal borate and 0.2%molybdenum carbamate,and the problems of anti-wear and extreme pressure and odor of gear oil were solved.The weld load of the developed synthetic low odor industrial gear oil reached 3087 N,the wear scare diameter was 0.33 mm,and the CL-100 gear test was grade 12.Compared with ordinary industrial gear oils,the odor of low odor gear oil was reduced by grade 2.34,which achieved the purpose of development and improved the service performance of gear oil in closed or relatively closed environment such as cabin.
