中药咀嚼片制剂工艺的研究进展

Research progress in preparation of chewable tablets of traditional Chinese medicine

目的阐述近年来中药咀嚼片制剂工艺的研究进展,为其研制开发提供参考。方法整理与总结近年来中药咀嚼片制剂工艺的相关文献,包括粉碎、提取、分离纯化和成型等关键制剂工艺的研究进展和应用。结果中药咀嚼片制备中粉碎和提取工艺方法多样,分离纯化常采用加热浓缩工艺,成型工艺常用辅料为硬脂酸镁和甘露醇;常见压片方法有湿法制粒和粉末直接压片法。结论随着制剂设备的升级与新型辅料的应用,中药咀嚼片制剂工艺将更加合理、稳定,制剂质量也将进一步提升。

Objective To elaborate on the research progress in preparation of chewable tablets of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a reference for the research and development of chewable tablets.Methods The relevant literatures of Chinese medicine chewable tablets in recent years were summarized,including the key progress and application about crushing,extraction,separation and purification,molding processes,etc.Results There are a variety of crushing and extraction processes.The separation and purification processes commonly include concentration.Magnesium stearate and mannitol are the most commonly used excipients in molding process.The common tablet pressing methods include wet granulation tablet pressing and freeze-drying tablet pressing,etc..Conclusion With the upgrading of preparation equipment and the application of new accessories,the preparation technology of chewable tablets will be more reasonable and stable,and the quality of preparations will also be further improved.
