注气法盲插鼻肠管在ICU重症患者中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过比较注气法及传统漂进式鼻肠管置管方法,探讨更有利的ICU重症患者留置鼻肠管的方法。方法纳入2019年1—12月入住我院ICU患者54例采用注气法盲插鼻肠管,与2018年1—12月入住ICU患者55例采用传统漂进式鼻肠管置管,在首次置管成功率、置管耗时、置管并发症发生率进行比较。结果2019年1—12月入住ICU的患者置管成功率高于2018年1—12月入住ICU的患者,且置管耗时少于2018年1—12月入住ICU的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);比较两组入住ICU的患者置管并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用注气法盲插鼻肠管能够有效提高置管成功率,缩短置管时间,相比传统漂进式鼻肠管置管,减少了并发症发生的风险。 Objective By comparing the air injection method and the traditional floating-inmethods of Naso-intestinal tube intubation,to explore the more advantageous method of indwelling Naso-intestinal tube in critically ill patients.Methods A total of54 patients who were admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January to December 2019 were included into Naso-intestinal tube by air injection,and compared with 55 traditional floating Naso-intestinal intubation patients in terms of success rate of first attempt intubation,time-consuming and complications incidence.Results Compared with the traditional floating-in Naso-intestinal intubation method,the air injection method has a higher success rate of first attempt intubation and less time-consuming,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Air injection method can effectively increase the success rate of first attempt intubation and shorten the time of intubation.Compared with the traditional floating-in Naso-intestinal intubation method,air injection me thod did not increase the incidence of complications.
