热牙胶垂直加压充填疗法对牙髓病患者疗效指标的影响

Effect of Hot Gutta Percha Vertical Pressure Filling Therapy on the Curative Effect of Endodontic Disease

目的探究牙髓病患者实施热牙胶垂直加压充填疗法的临床疗效。方法选取吉林省一汽总医院2018年11月—2020年4月收治的牙髓病患者94例,依据随机数字表法分为参照组(采用冷牙胶侧方加压充填疗法,47例)与观察组(采用热牙胶垂直加压充填疗法,47例),记录两组患者的临床疗效与治疗前后的出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、牙周袋深度(probing depth,PD)、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)等指标,并对比分析热牙胶垂直加压充填疗法的优势。结果观察组总有效率为93.62%,高于参照组的76.60%(P<0.05);观察组根管填充反应率为4.26%,低于参照组的19.15%(P<0.05);治疗后两组BI、PD、GI、PLI等指标水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压充填疗法可显著改善患者病情,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hot gutta percha vertical compression filling therapy in patients with endodontic diseases.Methods A total of 94 patients with endodontic disease in Jilin Province FAW General Hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group(usecold gutta percha side pressure filling therapy,47 cases)and the observation group(usehot gutta percha vertical pressure filling therapy,47 cases)according to the digital table method.Compared and analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect and bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI)of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than that of the reference group’s 76.60%(P<0.05).The root canal filling reaction rate of the observation group was 4.26%,which was lower than that of the reference group’s 19.15%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bi,PD,GI,PLI and other indicators of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot gutta percha vertical pressure filling therapy can significantly improve the patient’s condition and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
