氯雷他定治疗过敏性皮炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Loratadine on Allergic Dermatitis

目的分析与探讨对过敏性皮炎行氯雷他定治疗的临床效果。方法选取60例2019年2月—2020年3月在本院接受治疗的过敏性皮炎患者,随机将患者平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者选择醋酸地塞米松软膏治疗,观察组患者选择氯雷他定治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为60.00%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组与对照组患者发热、皮肤颜色等体征评分不明显;治疗后,观察组患者皮肤颜色、鳞屑、瘙痒及发热等体征评分降低程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血清MCP-1、IL-3、IL-4水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者MCP-1、IL-3、IL-4水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定能够有效治疗过敏性皮炎,有效改善患者皮炎症状,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of loratadine in the treatment of allergic dermatitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Dexamethasone acetate ointment was used in the control group,and loratadine was used in the observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 60.00%.The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical value(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of fever,skin color and other signs in the observation group and the control group were not obvious;after treatment,the scores of skin color,scales,pruritus and fever in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical value(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum MCP-1,IL-3,IL-4 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCP-1,IL-3 and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Loratadine can effectively treat allergic dermatitis and effectively improve patients'dermatitis symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
