氨氯地平联合培哚普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Amlodipine Combined With Perindopril in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease With Hypertension

目的探究氨氯地平与培哚普利用于治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果。方法选取近年来我院就诊的高血压合并冠心病患者80例,按照随机数字表法,将患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组40例患者采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组的40例患者在此基础上加用培哚普利,探究两组患者治疗后血压和心率的变化,以及冠心病治疗、降压的效果。结果观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血压和心率的变化与对照组比较,观察组的血压和心率的变化情况较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的降压效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平与培哚普利用于治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of amlodipine and perindopri in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension.Methods In this study,80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from our hospital in recent years.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into observation group and control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with perindopril on this basis to explore the changes in blood pressure and heart rate after treatment and the effect of coronary heart disease treatment and blood pressure reduction in the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood pressure and heart rate changes of the observation group after treatment were compared with those of the control group,and the blood pressure and heart rate changes of the observation group were more Well,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood pressure reduction effect of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amlodipine and perindopri in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical application.
