非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床治疗方法及效果研究

Clinical Treatment and Effect of Non Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的研究分析在非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者治疗中,采用法莫替丁联合内镜治疗对于患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院收治非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者84例作为本次研究对象,选取时间为2019年1月—2020年4月,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,两组各患者42例,对照组给予法莫替丁治疗,观察组给予法莫替丁联合内镜治疗。治疗完成后对比两组患者临床症状改善情况与患者血红蛋白监测值、治疗总有效率。结果治疗前两组患者血红蛋白监测值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组血红蛋白监测值均改善,且观察组血红蛋白监测值显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在疗效方面,观察组总有效率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者治疗中,采用法莫替丁联合内镜治疗效果显著,同时能够可加速止血和保持血红蛋白稳定。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of famotidine combined with endoscopy on the clinical treatment of patients with non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,84 patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with famotidine,and the observation group was treated with famotidine combined with endoscopy.After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms,hemoglobin monitoring level and total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in hemoglobin monitoring levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin monitoring levels of the two groups were improved,and the hemoglobin monitoring levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of efficacy,observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding,famotidine combined with endoscopy has a significant effect.At the same time,it can accelerate hemostasis and maintain hemoglobin stability.
