联合用药治疗干预妊娠期高血压疾病的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Combined Medication in the Intervention of Hypertension

目的妊娠期高血压是威胁母婴健康的危险疾病,对产妇实施联合用药治疗具有重要临床作用。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月我院收治的妊娠期高血压产妇86例,随机分为两组,每组各43例。对比组妊娠期高血压产妇采用硝苯地平治疗,试验组妊娠期高血压产妇采用硝苯地平与拉贝洛尔联合治疗,对比两组产妇治疗后的血压情况、相关指标、妊娠结局以及不良反应。结果试验组妊娠期高血压产妇治疗后的血压情况、相关指标以及妊娠结局均好于对比组,且不良反应少于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠期高血压产妇进行临床治疗时,采用硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗的效果更好,能够改善患者血压情况,优化相关指标和妊娠结局,降低不良反应,值得推广。

Objective Hypertension in pregnancy is a dangerous disease that threatens the health of mothers and infants,and it has an important clinical effect on the implementation of combination therapy for the parturients.Methods A total of 86 patients with hypertension during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two group,with 43 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with nifedipine in pregnant women with hypertension,and the test group was treated with nifedipine and labetalol in the test group.The blood pressure,related indicators,pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The blood pressure,related indexes and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy in the test group were better than those in the control group,and there were fewer adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pregnant women with hypertension,nifedipine combined with labetalol has a better effect,can improve the patient's blood pressure,optimize related indicators and pregnancy outcomes,and reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.
