Professor HUO Jiege From the Virtual Treatment of Tumor-associated Insomnia Experience

目的总结归纳霍介格教授从虚论治肿瘤相关性失眠的经验。方法通过跟随霍介格教授学习、收集病案,同时和所学的中医知识相结合,总结霍介格教授对肿瘤相关性失眠病因病机的认识、辅以辨治经验的论述、结合用药方面的特色、最后通过案例举隅证明其临床疗效。结果霍介格教授提出,肿瘤相关性失眠的发生是一个复杂的过程,其发病之本在于“虚”;在肿瘤发生发展的过程中,在患者脏腑亏虚的基础上,可出现夹痰、夹火、夹瘀之象;辨治时应以补心、脾两脏为主,同时兼顾柔肝、滋肾等;用药总体需轻清,不宜纯补无泄,更不宜滋腻太过;在治疗的同时也要关注患者的身心健康。结论霍介格教授擅于论治肿瘤相关性失眠,其临床经验值得学习推广。

Objective To summarize Professor HUO Jiege experience in treating tumor-related insomnia from the perspective of emptiness.Methods By learning from Professor HUO Jiege,collecting medical records and combining with the knowledge of Traditional Chinese medicine,the author summarized Professor HUO Jiege understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor-related insomnia,supplemented by the discussion of differentiation and treatment experience,combined with the characteristics of drug use,and finally proved the clinical efficacy through cases.Results Professor HUO Jiege proposed that tumor-related insomnia is a complex process,and its origin lies in"deficiency".In the process of tumor development,on the basis of deficiency of zang-fu organs,phlegm,fire and blood stasis may appear.In the differentiation and treatment,the two organs should be mainly used to strengthen the heart and spleen,as well as to soften the liver and nourish the kidney.Overall,the drug should be light and clear,should not be pure without leakage,but also should not be too greasy;Care should also be given to the patient's physical and mental health.Conclusion Professor HUO Jiege is good at treating tumor-related insomnia,and his clinical experience is worth learning and popularizing.
