医院社区一体化健康管理对宫颈癌患者的影响

Influence of Integrated Health Management in Hospital Community on Cervical Cancer Patients

目的分析医院社区一体化健康管理对宫颈癌患者的影响。方法选择2017年10月—2019年8月南通大学附属医院收治的192例宫颈癌患者,对所有患者进行随机分组,对照组患者96例采用常规管理,观察组患者96例采用医院社区一体化健康管理,对比两组治疗后情况。结果两组对比,观察组总体健康状况为(75.39±19.68)分,对照组总体健康状况为(68.49±17.35)分,观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌患者运用医院社区一体化健康管理,可明显改善患者生活质量,对临床治疗有重要作用,该方式值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the impact of integrated hospital community health management on cervical cancer patients.Methods A total of 192 cervical cancer patients admitted to affiliated hospital of nantong university from October 2017 to August 2019 were randomly assigned,96 patients in the control group were treated with routine management,96 patients in the observation group were treated with integrated hospital and community health management,and comparedthe two groups after management.Results Compared the two groups,.the overall health status of the observation group was(75.39±19.68),while the overall health status of the control group was(68.49±17.35),the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated health management in hospital community can significantly improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients and play an important role in clinical treatment.
