探讨血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理策略

Discussion on Clinical Nursing Strategy of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialytic Patients

目的分析血液透析患者动静脉内瘘使用中失功的原因,提出有效地护理方法。方法以2017年3月—2019年3月在医院接受治疗的300例血液透析患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各150例。对照组患者给予常规护理方式,观察组患者采用针对性护理,统计两组患者的动静脉内瘘失功情况,分析两组患者动静脉内瘘使用中失功的影响因素。结果对照组失功率为8.0%,高于观察组的2.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其主要影响因素包括患者缺乏自我保护意识、穿刺、护理不当、过早使用动静脉内瘘及低血压问题等。结论对血液透析患者采用针对性护理能够减少患者动静脉内瘘使用中失功情况的发生,对患者生活质量的提高有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the causes of failure in the use of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients and to put forward effective nursing methods.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,300 patients who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,150 cases each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing.The failure of arteriovenous fistula in the two groups was counted,and the influence factor of failure of function in the use of arteriovenous fistula in the two groups were analyzed.Results The failure rate of function was 8.0%in the control group,which was higher than 2.7%in the observation group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main influence factor included lack of self-protection awareness,puncture,improper care,premature use of arteriovenous fistula and hypotension problems.Conclusion The use of targeted nursing care for hemodialysis patients can reduce the occurrence of loss of work in the use of arteriovenous fistula,which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
