摘要
新一轮电力体制改革以来,电力现货市场试点省份陆续发布了电力现货市场的相关政策,并开展了结算试运行工作,市场化规模不断扩大。蒙东电网的电源结构简单,装机容量远大于地区供电负荷,是典型的外送型电网。为解决蒙东电网送出能力不足的问题,完善蒙东电力市场体系,通过研究我国电力现货市场政策,结合蒙东电网实际情况,探讨了电力现货市场对蒙东电价体系的影响,通过电力现货市场模拟仿真工具测算三价区电力现货市场价格变化趋势,为蒙东电力市场的建设提供了参考意见。
Since the power system reform, the pilot provinces have successfully issued the relevant policies of spot market and carried out the trial operation of settlement, with the market-oriented scale expanding. The power supply structure of East Inner Mongolia power grid is simple, and the installed capacity is much larger than the regional power supply load. In order to solve the problem of insufficient transmission capacity of East Inner Mongolia power grid and improve the power market system in East Inner Mongolia, this paper studies the spot market policy in China. Then combined with the actual situation of the power grid in East Inner Mongolia, this paper discusses the impact of the spot market on the power price system in Eastern Inner Mongolia, and provides reference for the construction of spot market in East Inner Mongolia.
