尼莫地平联合阿司匹林肠溶片对缺血性脑白质病患者神经功能及血清细胞因子水平的影响 被引量:1

Effects of nimodipine combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on neurological function and serum cytokine levels in patients with white matter ischemic lesionsy

摘要 目的探讨尼莫地平联合阿司匹林肠溶片对缺血性脑白质病(WMIL)患者神经功能及血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法抽取2016年11月至2020年6月河南省人民医院收治的56例WMIL患者,依照随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例。对照组接受阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合尼莫地平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗3、6个月,两组认知功能均得到改善,且观察组简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、6个月,两组血清神经因子水平均得到调节,观察组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、6个月,两组血清细胞因子水平均有所降低,且观察组血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组(P<0.05);不良事件发生情况:两组不良事件发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗WMIL,能改善患者认知功能、神经功能,降低血清细胞因子水平,且安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effects of nimodipine combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on neurological function and serum cytokine levels in patients with white matter ischemic lesionsy(WMIL).Methods Fifty-six WMIL patients in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from November 2016 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the cognitive functions of the two groups were improved,and the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum neurological factors in the two groups were adjusted.Serum homocysteine(Hcy)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the serum cytokine levels of the two groups decreased.And serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Nimodipine combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of WMIL can improve the cognitive function and neurological function in patients,reduce serum cytokine levels,and has high safety.
