自拟更年宁心方治疗心肾不交型更年期综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of self-made gennian ningxin decoction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome of heart-kidney incompatibility

目的探讨自拟更年宁心方治疗心肾不交型更年期综合征的临床效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年12月郑州大学第二附属医院收治的心肾不交型更年期综合征患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予谷维素治疗,观察组给予自拟更年宁心方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、心理状态以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状烘热汗出、失眠、心烦不宁、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、心悸、健忘、多梦易惊症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟更年宁心方可有效降低心肾不交型更年期综合征患者中医症状总积分,改善患者负性心理情绪,提高治疗总有效率,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made gennian ningxin decoction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome of heart-kidney incompatibility.Methods A total of 80 patients with menopausal syndrome of heart-kidney incompatibility in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled from January 2019 to December 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with oryzanol,while observation group was treated with self-made gengnian ningxin decoction.The clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms,psychological status and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.00%vs.77.50%),P<0.05.After treatment,scores of clinical symptoms(sweating,insomnia,restlessness,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,palpitation,forgetfulness,dreaminess and skittishness)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The self-made gengnian ningxin decoction can effectively reduce the total score of TCM symptoms in patients with menopausal syndrome of heart-kidney incompatibility,improve negative emotions and increase overall response rate of treatment,with high safety.
