阜平县北流河区域土地多功能利用分区研究

Study on multi-functional land use division in Beiliuhe region of Fuping County

随着我国经济进入高质量发展阶段,乡村振兴战略对土地提出了新的时代要求。以阜平县北流河区域为研究区开展土地多功能利用分区研究。从土地的生态、生产和景观3种功能选取评价指标,选取30 m×30 m栅格评价单元,通过GIS空间叠加等方法得到研究区土地单功能分区方案,利用TOPSIS模型,确定各项功能分值,经离差比较确定主导功能区。从土地的生态功能、生产功能和景观功能3方面建立选取指标体系和评价模型,确定主导功能区。根据研究区的功能等级划分结果、分区方案和县域土地利用适宜性评价结果,将北流河区域分为3个土地多功能利用区。其中生态-景观功能主导区面积14056.07 hm2;生态-生产功能主导区面积24864.50 hm2;生产-景观功能主导区面积19475.69 hm2。该研究为类似区域提高土地利用效率,实现土地多功能利用,助力乡村振兴战略提供合理依据。

As China's economy entered a high-quality development stage,the rural revitalization strategy put forward new requirements of the times for land.Taking Beiliuhe area of Fuping County as the study area,the research on land multi-functional use zoning was carried out.The evaluation index was selected from the three functions of land ecology,production and landscape,and the 30 m×30 m grid evaluation unit was selected,the single function zoning scheme of the land in the study area was obtained by GIS spatial superposition and other methods.The TOPSIS model was used to determine the functional score,and the dominant functional area was determined by comparison of deviations.The selection index system and evaluation model were established from three aspects of land ecological function,production function and landscape function to determine the dominant functional area.According to the results of functional classification,zoning scheme and county land use suitability evaluation of the study area,the Beiliuhe area was divided into three land multi-functional use areas.The area of ecological landscape function leading area was 14056.07 hectares;the area of ecological production function leading area was 24864.50 hectares;the area of production landscape function leading area was 19475.69 hectares.The study provided a reasonable basis for similar regions to improve land use efficiency,realized multi-functional land use and helped rural revitalization strategy.
