自闭症专业教师标准化教学体系的探索与实践

摘要 为了探究针对自闭症儿童专业教师的标准化教学体系应包含的元素,及该体系在实际应用中的效果,文章结合既往研究和一线教师经验,设计出一套标准化教学体系,并在两家干预机构中试用,通过问卷和访谈的方法,调查教师对该体系的评价。其结果表现为:标准化教学体系可以帮助教师的提升专业水平;机构原有的课程模式,会影响教师对标准化教学体系使用的满意度。明显看出:标准化教学体系可以有效辅助自闭症专业教师的教学工作。 In order to explore the elements that should be included in a standardized teaching system for professional teachers of children with autism,and the effect of the system in practical applications,the article combines previous research and the experience of frontline teachers to design a set of standardized teaching system,which was tried out in two intervention institutions and collected teachers’evaluations of the system through questionnaires and interviews.Results:(1)The introduction of the standardized teaching system improves the teachers'professional levels;(2)the present working load will affect teachers’satisfaction with the standardized teaching system.Conclusions:The standardized teaching system can assist the teachers specializing in autism effectively.
