摘要
普通教师对随班就读的态度直接影响特殊儿童随班就读的质量。梳理我国普通教师对随班就读态度的相关研究发现:普通教师对随班就读的态度(分为持积极、中立和消极三种)在理念与实践之间分歧明显,但三种态度没有明显地域差异;普通教师对随班就读态度的影响因素主要有:是否具备特殊教育相关知识与技能、特殊儿童的障碍类型与程度、与特殊儿童接触的经历。据此提出相应建议。
The attitude of ordinary teachers towards’learning in regular class’directly affects the quality of learning in regular class for special children.Combing the relevant research on ordinary teachers'attitude towards learning in regular class in China,it is found that ordinary teachers'attitude towards learning in regular class(divided into positive,neutral and negative)has obvious differences between concept and practice,but none of the three attitudes has obvious regional distribution characteristics.The influencing factors of ordinary teachers'attitude towards regular learning mainly include:whether they have the knowledge and skills related to special education,the type and degree of obstacles of special children,and the experience of contacting special children.Accordingly,corresponding suggestions are put forward.
