摘要
天然气低温提氦工艺在工业中应用越来越广泛。该文首先对两种低温提氦的工艺进行了介绍,分析了主要的检测及控制措施,进一步阐述了优化低温提氦工艺的相关技术研究,最后诠释了后膨胀+氮循环制冷两塔分离提氦工艺实现的可能性,通过分析得出结论,在天然气提氦工艺中,上述的分离工艺方法普适性更强,应该得到纵深程度的大力推广和应用。
Low temperature helium extraction from natural gas is more and more widely used in industry.Firstly,this paper introduces two low-temperature helium extraction processes,analyzes the main detection and control measures,further expounds the relevant technical research on optimizing the low-temperature helium extraction process,and finally explains the possibility of realizing the separation and helium extraction process of two towers of post expansion+nitrogen cycle refrigeration.Through the analysis,it is concluded that in the helium extractionprocess of natural gas,The above separation process is more universal and should be vigorously promoted and applied in depth.
